This amazing work is the latest in EVOL’s ‘Buildings’ series, where he transforms walls or street furniture into minature buildings through stencils. The illusion is done so well that I had to look at these images several times to work out what I was seeing. The location for this ‘city’ is a 10m X 8m hole in an abandoned warehouse floor; the concrete shapes are “probably the former foundation of a huge boiler plant to derive soap from rendered beef fat or other utilization of carcass. however, even 15 years after closing down, it still smells nauseous.” See more images of this work here, and older work in the  Buildings series on EVOL’s website.

the guys at youcity have crafted a replica of NewYork in SimCity like (astonishing) detail!

(btw YouCity is a completely insanely over glorified scoial network. but damn the guys put some effort into those buildings!)
